She vowed to fight for her love, but it seems Cheryl Cole may well be facing a losing battle.
The Girls Aloud singer was today hit with claims her husband Ashley cheated on her with a Secretary after sending her a string of lurid text messages.
The unidentified blonde alleges the footballer secretly invited her into Chelsea’s team hotel before two Premier League matches.

Their first encounter took place at the Forest Pines Hotel in North Lincolnshire prior to Chelsea’s game against Hull on October 29, 2008, according to the Sun.
The newspaper claims they met for a second time less than a month later at Birmingham’s Radisson hotel before Chelsea played at West Brom.
The first time around Ashley, 29, allegedly directed her to a room booked under the name of a club official, while on the other occasion she was silently led to Cole’s room by a team aide.

She told the Sun: ‘Ashley begged me to come to his hotel for sex, but it was like a military operation getting into the room.
‘On both occasions I had to smuggle in a bottle of rosé wine for us to drink in bed because he wasn’t supposed to drink before games.
‘He was petrified of getting caught by his wife and by Chelsea, but he just couldn’t stop himself taking crazy risks. That must have been part of the thrill for him.’

The 30-year-old woman, who is keeping her identity hidden because she fears losing her job, claims that on their first night together Ashley turned up the television to avoid being overheard by team captain John Terry.
She claims he said: ‘JT’s next door – I don’t want him to hear us.’
She also told the publication: ‘The first thing I noticed was how small he was, several inches shorter than me and almost petite.
‘He wasn’t at all confident and cocky like I thought he would be.
‘It wasn’t raunchy stuff, more like relationship sex. I thought this toned athlete would be throwing me all over the bed but it was quite the opposite.’
She said Ashley didn’t mention Cheryl’s name during their encounters, but did say he wasn’t ready for children.

Their alleged liaisons came after he sent explicit pictures and more than 300 racy text messages to her over a two-month period while his wife was working as a judge on the X Factor.
One of the pictures printed by the Sun was said to show Cole stripped to his underpants.
Cole allegedly stopped sending her text messages on December 5, 2008.
‘He just went off the radar,’ she says. ‘Perhaps he had moved on to the next girl’.
In January 2008 hairdresser Aimee Walton claimed she had engaged in drunken extra-marital sex with Ashley.
Last week Ashley, who is nursing a broken ankle, denied sending naked photographs to blonde topless model Sonia Wild’s mobile phone.
Cheryl, 26, is due to perform in front of millions of viewers at the Brit Awards in London tonight. Observers at rehearsals say she looks gaunt, physically crumpled and miserable.
But she is said to be determined to go ahead with the show despite the latest sickening blow to her marriage.
To add to the excruciating timing of the revelations, this week’s Hello! includes a feature on the couple in which she talks about him as as a loyal attentive husband who runs her hot baths and leaves her loving telephone messages.
In an interview carried out three weeks ago, she tells the magazine of her hopes that she and Ashley will have a baby soon and insists that their four-year marriage is rock solid despite rumours to the contrary.
‘I love it when he surprises me,’ she said.
Her PR insists she will be able to get through her hit Fight For This Love tonight without breaking down, saying: ‘She’s definitely performing. I’ve no comment about anything else.’ (Daily Mail)

Oh deary me. I can’t for life of me understand how Ashley Cole could cheat on his stunningly attractive wife with a succession of, for want of a better word, cheap looking haggard women. It is slightly ironic that the Chelsea left back was keen for his encounter with the Secretary who he invited to his room to be a quiet one as he didn’t want to alert John Terry, his club captain, next door when it is quite plausible that JT was similarly attempting to hush up any number of extra marital partners on the other side of that very same hotel room wall.

I am sure this is not the end of the revelations we will hear in this matter and expect some more lurid tales of other married footballers to follow as the WAG wannabes line up to sell their rather tragic kiss and tell stories. I do pity some of these women who feel so little of themselves that their only goal is to a) bed a Premier League footballer and b) attempt to sell their sordid tale to the highest bidder. No doubt the unnamed party in this latest bit of soap opera farce will end up on some reality show where she will bare all and then limp back beneath the stone from whence she came. As for Ashley Cole, well I am sure deep down he is realising what a complete idiot he is, but that may be a realization that has come a little too late to save his car crash of a marriage.
