A brace from in form forward Roman Pavlyuchenko and a goal from England man Jermain Defoe saw Tottenham triumph over Blackburn Rovers at White Hart Lane.
The win continues to put pressure on the chasing pack as Harry Redknapp seeks to secure the coveted top four spot. Roman Pavluchenko’s seventh and eighth goal in the last six games helped the north London side past Blackburn Rovers after Defoe had put Tottenham ahead.
