San Siro outcast tops Emirates wishlist.
Arsenal boss Arsene Wenger is ready to move in for the kill in their long running pursuit of Inter Milan teenager Mario Balotelli. With Jose Mourinho on his way out at the San Siro it appears that the San Siro side will look to offload the troubled forward this summer and the Gunners manager is ready to fork out the cash for the Italian Under 21 international.
The 19 year old attacker has had a wealth of problems at the Serie A side and last season fell out with players, coach and fans as he grew frustrated at his lack of first team activity. The talented youngster clearly has some growing up to do and the Emirates manager is ready to make a big money move for the £16m rated Palermo born and could be just the influence Mario needs to fulfill his undoubted potential.
Balotelli only managed 17 starts in the treble winning campaign but still weighed in with ten goals and could be just the type of player the north London club are looking for. Last season an injury crisis at Arsenal left the club without a recognised striker at a crucial point in the season and as a result Wenger has been looking for alternatives and to that end picked up out of contract Moroccan Marouane Chamakh last week but the Frenchman still wants the Inter Milan starlet.
