Sir Paul McCartney will be joined by some very famous musicians for his dates in Glasgow, Cardiff and London.
Legendary ex-Beatle Sir Paul McCartney delighted crowds last weekend with his set at Isle Of Wight Festival, which included hits from all of his stellar career. He follows up this performance with a UK tour that stops at Hampden Park in Glasgow, the Millennium Stadium in Cardiff and Hyde Park in London as part of Hard Rock Calling Festival.
Finally, support acts for each of the shows have been revealed – and Paul McCartney tickets are still available for all three performances, beginning at £34 for the London festival.
The Hampden Park concert on June 20th 2010 will be opened by the Loretto Pipe Band – who are expected to join Sir Paul McCartney for Mull Of Kintyre – and Sharleen Spiteri of Texas.
At Cardiff Millennium Stadium on June 26th 2010, the support act is Welsh band Manic Street Preachers.
Finally for Hard Rock Calling on June 27th 2010, McCartney tops a star-studded bill above Crosby, Stills & Nash, Crowded House and Elvis Costello.
