FUMING Coleen Rooney is refusing to support sex-cheat hubby Wayne by attending his football matches.

Talk about a non-story. Whilst Coleen may not want to be Wayne Rooney’s WAG, the basic truth is that as long as she wears that wedding ring…she is? If the sub text, deeply buried, is that Mrs Rooney doesn’t want to be branded a WAG, with all the trappings that come with that, then I would imagine that taking back the Manchester United man after his repeated uses of Prostitutes would be something of an own goal.
You see it is a very WAG like thing to do, to allow yourself to be treated in such an abhorrent manner and allow your relationship with your husband regardless. This is a fairly typical WAG like reaction and one that the likes of Abigail Clancy and Toni Terry (albeit her husband slept with a team-mates other half, classy) have succumb to.
One has to wonder the state of mind of such people. You could surmise that in some cases the urge to stay with your cheating partner is motivated by greed, the love of living life in a certain style and the knowledge of leaving your other half would bring a slightly less glamorous outcome.
However Coleen is actually doing very well for herself and would clearly have been able to take Wayne to the cleaners given his adulterous behaviour, which makes her actions even more baffling.
Or is her insistence that she is “Not a WAG” in fact an unsubtle coded way of saying she is in fact going to divorce the England star? I am just so confused!
