Sheffield United have signed Fulham midfielder Bjorn Helge Riise on-loan until the end of the season.
The 27-year-old, brother of former Liverpool player John Arne Riise, agreed to the emergency loan to get first-team football.
Riise was advised by Norway manager Egil Olsen Drillo to find regular game time after appearances were becoming sparse under Mark Hughes.

The midfielder signed for the Blades in time to make his debut in Tuesday night’s game against Reading.
Riise, capped 27 times by Norway, joins a Blades side sitting 22nd in the Championship, three points adrift of safety.
He is new Blades boss Micky Adams’ sixth signing since taking charge on 30 December, following Neill Collins, Michael Doyle and loan men Joe Mattock, Shane Lowry and Marcus Bent.
Adams is still looking for his first win after eight matches in charge.
