Arsenal winger Theo Walcott will recover from a hamstring injury in time for for his team’s FA Cup fifth-round match against Leyton Orient on Sunday.
Walcott aggravated the injury in the 2-1 victory over La Liga champions Barcelona.
But manager Arsene Wenger claimed it was only a mild strain and the 21-year-old will be available along with Bacary Sagna and Marouane Chamakh, while Johan Djourou and Abou Diaby are out.
“We have a little concern about Walcott’s hamstring but it should be all right,” Wenger told Arsenal TV online.
“Djourou has a back problem. He is the one who certainly will not play on Sunday. All the others are smaller things I will assess slowly.
“Sagna is back from suspension but Abou Diaby is still suspended. Marouane Chamakh will be back in the group.
“There will be some rotation. We will see what I do. We play Sunday, Wednesday and then Sunday again.
“But I have shown in many competitions that I have the same belief in every player.”
