Jese Rodriguez and Alvaro Morata, known as ‘The two pearls of Valdebebas’, both have contracts until 2012 and 2013 respectively but have stalled on negotiations.
This has alerted scouts from all over Europe but Barcelona and Manchester United are leading the hunt.
Morata, 18, a centre-forward who has scored eight goals in the last two months for the Real Madrid youth team has already made several substitute appearances for the first-team.
Mourinho is looking to fast-track the player next season when he believes the youngster will be ready to make the step up.
Rodriquez, also 18, is seen as the new Cristiano Ronaldo. He has impressed as an attacking midfielder but is yet to make his first-team debut.
