Old Trafford hero says his side has a psychological advantage over rivals.
Manchester United striker Wayne Rooney says teams are scared when they visit Old Trafford giving them an immediate advantage.
The 25-year-old knows all about the intimidation oppostion teams feel when they play at the Theatre of Dreams.
He has been in the away dressing room with Everton and he believes the fear factor helps United stay strong at home.
The Premier League leaders have dropped only two points all season at Old Trafford, taking 43 out of a possible 45.
“We are always expected to win at home but we always believe we can win, no matter who we play,” Rooney told Inside United.
“I have been a player in the away dressing room and I know the fear you feel before the game and you are not expected to get anything out of it.
“So we have that psychological advantage even before the game starts but we know we are good enough to beat anyone here.”
