Stade de Gerland star will move to Stadio Olimpico di Torino instead of Anfield.
Lyon winger Michel Bastos has rejected the chance of moving to Liverpool and will sign for Juventus instead.
France Football reports the 27-year-old will join the Old Lady this summer after just two years with the Ligue 1 giants.
The Brazil international was the subject of interest from Liverpool manager Kenny Dalglish who is looking to provide greater width for his team.
But Bastos has turned down the chance to move to Merseyside and will join Juventus for £15million.
He is primarily a winger but can play at left-back. His versatility was seen as big incentive by both Liverpool and Juventus.
Dalglish will turn his attention to other targets now, notably Ashley Young and Stewart Downing.
