San Siro giants want both Stamford Bridge and Eastlands stars.
AC Milan are attempting to pull off an amazing double swoop on the Premier League by signing Chelsea striker Didier Drogba and Manchester City outcast Emmanuel Adebayor.
The Serie A champions are looking for a big name striker and believe they can get hold of pair in cut-price deals.
Drogba is sweating on his place in the Chelsea starting XI next season following the £50million acquisition of Fernando Torres.
The 33-year-old only has 12 months left on his contract and does not fit into the new Blues philosophy of young hungry players.
Milan may also make a move for City’s unwanted hit-man Adebayor. The Togo international spent the last half of the season at Real Madrid on-loan.
It is unlikely Los Blancos will pay the agreed £15million for the 27-year-old and will try and sign Adebayor for £8million.
This will tempt Milan into the market for him who are looking to stage a massive attack on next year’s Champions League to follow up their Scudetto success this campaign.
