Newly promoted Loftus Road side keen on White Hart Lane attacker.
QPR are reportedly interested in Tottenham playmaker Giovani dos Santos as the boss Neil Warnock looks to make additions to his newly promoted side. The Mexican international youngster has failed to break into the White Hart Lane first team and may well be interested in a move across London to Loftus Road.
The former Barcelona man has spent most of his three years at the North London club out on loan. The talented attacking midfielder has enjoyed successful loan spells at Ipswich Town, Galatasaray and most recently Racing Santander.
Giovani is currently on international duty at the Gold Cup where he has impressed QPR scouts during Mexico’s two 5-0 successes, during which the Tottenham man has netted twice.
The pursuit for Giovani however is not seen as a means to replace much wanted Moroccan international Adel Taarabt but more a move to bring more creativity and top level experience to the Super-Hoops side.
Harry Redknapp is looking to reduce his expansive Tottenham squad so would presumably have no issue with Giovani leaving given that the 22 year old has made just two Premier League starts during his time at the club.
