Emirates club prepare for Nou Camp departure.
Arsenal are preparing a £10million bid for Shakhtar Donetsk midfielder Jadson as a replacement for Barcelona bound Cesc Fabregas.
The Gunners skipper is ready to make a £35million move to the Nou Camp this weekend with manager Arsene Wenger working hard to find a replacement.
He is making moves to sign Jadson after failing in bids to lure Valencia midfielder Juan Mata to the Emirates.
The 27-year-old has used his Twitter account to drop a possible hint over the move, after being granted permission by his club to talk to other sides.
“Galeraaaa!!!Se der tudo certo as coisas ate no comeo da prxima semana tenho novidades pra todos vcs.Tomara que de certo rsrsrs,” tweeted Jadson.
Or in English: “If everything goes to plan, I’ll have some news for everyone at the start of next week. Hope it works out.”
Reports in the French media claim Jadson’s representatives are in London to discuss terms, according to ESPN.
Following the arrival of Gervinho, Alex Oxlade-Chamberlain and Ryo Miyaichi this summer, Wenger is also pursuing Birmingham defender Scott Dann.
The Frenchman is desperate to bolster his ranks ahead of the new season, staring in two days against Newcastle United.
