Big centre back wanted by Loftus Road and Upton Park suitors.
Sol Campbell is being linked with a Premier League return.
The former Arsenal and Newcastle United defender is a free agent and eager to carry on playing at the highest level.
Staying in London, possibly at QPR or West Ham United, has been mooted for the now 36 year-old defender.
Sol Campbell at age 36 may not be a long term prospect but could well still have the ability to act as a solid defensive option for either London side and although a move for the former England international may entail a fairly hefty wage bill, given that the centre back would cost nothing it may still prove to an intelligent calculated risk to take.
Campbell spent last season at Newcastle United but his time at St James’ Park was marred by injury and illness but is now reportedly fighting fit having spent the summer at Arsenal getting back into shape.
