Bernabeu skipper says he is only human.
Real Madrid goalkeeper Iker Casillas has used Facebook to poke fun at himself.
The 30-year-old was at fault for one of Rayo Vallecano’s goal against his team during Saturday’s match, with Los Blancos eventually winning 6-2.
But the Spain World Cup winning captain has shown his humble by side.
Instead of brushing off the issue, he has posted some videos of his other mistakes on the social networking site.
Casillas has been voted the best goalkeeper in the world three times (2008, 2009 and 2010) but has shown he is human and that the best can also make mistakes.
“Hello friends,” he wrote on his Facebook page. “I pretty much abandoned you, sorry! I’ve posted some videos that I looked for myself
“I’m only human, everyone makes mistakes, nobody’s perfect.
“With this I would like to say that the best thing you can do when you make a mistake is to take it with humour. I’m human. Cheers guys.”
