Arsenal play host to visitors from Greece.
Arsenal will be without Theo Walcott, Gervinho and Laurent Koscielny for the Champions League tie with Olympiakos.
Walcott picked up a knee injury in the 3-0 win over Bolton, which saw Koscielny suffer an ankle problem.
Gervinho has a hamstring strain but Arsenal boss Arsene Wenger is hopeful they will face Tottenham on Sunday.
“All three have a chance for the weekend. Walcott could make the derby – he has more than a 50-50 chance,” said Wenger.
Arsenal opened their Champions League campaign with a 1-1 draw at Borussia Dortmund, while Olympiakos suffered a 1-0 home defeat to Marseille.
Yossi Benayoun (thigh), Johan Djourou (hamstring), Abou Diaby (ankle) and Thomas Vermaelen (ankle) are all out and Jack Wilshere could be out for five months after undergoing ankle surgery on Monday.
Arsenal’s medical staff have come in for criticism over Wilshere’s injury, with Fabio Capello claiming the midfielder was allowed to go on holiday rather than having the problem resolved immediately.
Wenger added: “It is unfair because the club’s medical staff hasn’t made any mistakes on that front.
“When we don’t do as well as expected we get criticised. It shows we are a very popular club. We have to accept it.”
Olympiakos are outsiders in Group F but Wenger sees the home game against the Greeks as the perfect way to build some momentum after a tumultuous start to the season.
He said: “I have a lot of respect for Olympiakos. In the Champions League you never win easily. If we have not learned that after 14 years in the competiton we are really stupid.
“We are a train that started late from the station. We cannot afford to drop our consistency.
“Any victory will help us but I have always been optimistic because the players are mentally strong and focused.”
