Etihad Stadium striker may well have gone crackers.
Manchester City believe Carlos Tevez, AWOL in Argentina, will never return to the club.
Sources say that the striker’s head “is in bits” and that he will risk being sued by City rather than return to Manchester.
That opens the way for Italian giants Inter Milan to rescue Tevez’s career – Inter president Massimo Moratti will make formal contact with City this week to propose a £30million January move.

Surely the fact that Carlos Tevez may choose to never return to the Etihad Stadium should be a cause for celebration? The former Corinthians, West Ham and Man United man has been nothing but a headache for the majority of his time at the club, albeit very effective on the field of play a constant distraction off it.
It appears that the 27 year old accepted his fine for refusing to get off the bench in Munich, either refusing to warm up or more likely as Roberto Mancini felt, refusing to play at all. Then just when it appeared the striker had seen sense he left for Argentina without permission, leading to another public statement from the Premier League table toppers stating they did not sanction his trip back to South America.
Man City needn’t worry. If Tevez does not come back to the club then they can stop his salary and the Buenos Aires born front man can not play for any other clubs as City hold his registration. If anything this situation may speed up his departure from the club. That is of course is there is a club on the planet willing to put up with his ridiculous behaviour!
