Stamford Bridge side to make move for Brazilian star.
CHELSEA have been told they can land Brazillian superstar Kaka for a cut-price £22m.
Real Madrid are ready to sell the midfielder after boss Jose Mourinho has admitted he is no longer part of his plans.
And the deal could be paid for by Chelsea selling Florent Malouda to Russian club Anzhi in January for £6m.

Chelsea have been strongly linked with a move for Kaka for quite some time now and though the Brazilian international has consistently stated his intention to stay at the Bernabeu to fight for a regular place in Jose Mourinho’s Real Madrid starting eleven a move to Stamford Bridge may be nearing for the 29 year old.
Kaka has struggled to make an impact at the La Liga giants since his move to Spain back in the summer of 2009 and a mixture of injury, average form and the signing of Mesut Ozil have left the former AC Milan spending a large portion of his time at Real Madrid out of the first team picture.
This term has been a slight improvement but Kaka still plays second fiddle to German international Ozil. Chelsea may well feel they need more flair and guile to help break down Premier League opposition and a fee of £22m is a fair price to pay for a former World Football of the Year.
Florent Malouda is said to be set to leave the West London club and the likes of Alex, Salomon Kalou and even Fernando Torres may follow the Frenchman out of the club. Striker Nicolas Anelka has already completed his move to Shanghai Shenhua after he too struggled to find a spot in Andre Villas-Boas’s plans.
