Craven Cottage boss keen on Emirates Stadium star.
Fulham will this month make an ambitious £3m bid to sign Arsenal midfielder Tomas Rosicky according to the Express. Craven Cottage boss Martin Jol will be looking to strengthen his squad this month to help pull the West London side away from the relegation zone.
Currently Fulham sit in 14th spot just six points from the drop and Jol will hope to land reinforcements this month whilst attempting to prevent the loss of either of his main striking threats, namely Bobby Zamora and Andy Johnson both of whom have been linked with exits.
Arsenal midfielder Tomas Rosicky has struggled for form of late and is very much a bit part player at the North London club, but that said Arsene Wenger may not wish to sell the Czech Republic international this month given that the Gunners are in something of an injury crisis that has left a number of his first teamers out of action.
The 31 year old former Borussia Dortmund man has made just four Premier League starts this season but has been brought off the bench on another eight occasions and it’s in a back up role that Wenger needs the player but given that Rosicky will be out of contract in the summer and available for nothing Arsenal may elect to cash in on his services in January in preference to losing the experienced midfielder for nothing at the end of the season.
