Loftus Road move for Nigerian international.
QPR have agreed a deal for left-back Taye Taiwo with AC Milan as new manager Mark Hughes closes on his first signing at Loftus Road.
Taiwo has been heavily linked with a Premier League move and it appears QPR have won the race for his signature.

This is quite a coup for Mark Hughes who has beaten off a number of prospective suitors to land the former Marseille man. Taye Taiwo has not had the best of times of it since his move to the San Siro on a free transfer last summer with the Nigerian international making just four Serie A starts this season.
The move for Taiwo will leave Armand Traore fearing for his spot as the former Arsenal man has been a regular at left back this season but has had an up and down season thus far.
The 25 year old attack minded full back has a great deal of high level experience having notched up over 250 appearances with Marseille, helping the Ligue 1 side to a domestic title and two League Cup triumphs during his seven seasons at the Stade Velodrome.
Fortunately for QPR they can call upon Taiwo’s services as Nigeria failed to qualify for the finals tournament.
This may well be the first of many moves Mark Hughes looks to make this month and there is growing talk of a move to sign Man City defender Nedum Onuoha according to Sky Sports.
