White Hart Lane side keen on Old Trafford youngster.
Spurs are the latest side to show an interest in Manchester United rebel Ravel Morrison, who is out of contract in the summer.
Newcastle are also keen on the 18-year-old, but Arsenal are believed to have dropped out of the running.

It appears that a number of sides are waiting in the wings should Man United fail to tie down teenager Ravel Morrison to a new contract and Tottenham’s interest comes as fellow North London side Arsenal pull out of the race to sign the young midfielder.
Harry Redknapp is of course famous for his penchant for playing the transfer market to full effect but one wonders if Morrison’s push for Premier League action would be fulfilled at White Hart Lane. Tottenham have one of the most congested midfields in the top tier so would the United man be able to break through at the North London club?
When you consider that Redknapp’s nailed down midfield includes the likes of Gareth Bale and Aaron Lennon in wide roles and Luka Modric and Scott Parker in the centre, leaving Steven Pienaar, Sandro, Niko Kranjcar, Tom Huddlestone and a host of others fighting for bit part roles, where exactly would Morrison fit in?
Some have debated that rumours of Morrison’s departure stem from the 18 year old’s contract demands, which the Daily Telegraph report as fictitious, which Sir Alex Ferguson is unwilling to meet, would Redknapp be willing to pay an untried starlet a huge wage? We are talking about a player with bags of potential but nonetheless a player who is yet to play a single minute of Premier League action.
However Morrison would be available for a cut price fee in the summer, when a tribunal will decide how much prospective suitors must stump up as the Man United man would not be able to leave on a Bosman.
