Earlier this week I looked at ten players who Liverpool should consider selling this summer in order to help evolve Kenny Dalglish’s squad into one that could challenge for a spot back in the top four.
The likes of Andy Carroll, Jordan Henderson, Maxi Rodriguez, Dirk Kuyt and Fabio Aurelio were among those names and today I take a closer look at ten players who Liverpool should consider making moves for, players who are realistic and affordable and fill the void in some problem areas in the Anfield squad.
Seydou Keita (Barcelona)
Veteran midfielder who could add strength in the centre of the park, an area that has been found wanting since Lucas was ruled out for the season. The Mali international is likely to leave Barcelona this summer in pursuit of regular first team football and perhaps the rangy midfielder would be tempted by a move to Anfield?
