Chelsea ace Soloman Kalou believes that former teammate Dirk Kuyt could be open to a summer Anfield exit in light of a return to ex club Feyenoord…
Dirk Kuyt wants to return to Feyenoord, claims his pal Salomon Kalou. Kuyt played with Kalou at Feyenoord before joining Liverpool in 2006 and the Chelsea striker says he is keen to go back home to Holland.

The Liverpool player has struggled to secure regular first-team action under Kenny Dalglish and may feel that this summer could be the right time to move on and apply his trade elsewhere.
Kuyt’s contract with Liverpool is due to expire at the end of next season and Kenny Dalglish may feel that now would be a good time to sell the player if they’re to avoid him leaving on a free transfer when his contract expires.
The 31-year-old moved to Anfiled from Dutch side Feyenoord in 2006, where he lined up alongside Chelsea ace Soloman Kalou, and the Ivory Coast international has admitted that his pal could be open to a move back to the Dutch side.
The Netherlands international reportedly has a release clause in his contract which allows him to join a foreign club for £1million, and Kalou believes that Feyenoord could be too good an opportunity for Kuyt to turn down, should they come knocking this summer.
“Dirk told me he wants to return now,” said Kalou on Dutch TV, as reported by The Mirror.
“Dirk said to me that I also must come, that we both have to return to Feyenoord.”
During his time at the Merseyside club, Kuyt has been used primarily as a right sided midfield player and may decide that he wants to see out his career at a club who are willing to offer him a striking role.
Kuyt scored 71 goals in 101 appearances for the Dutch side before moving to Anfield.
