Blues owner ready to flex his financial muscles.
CHELSEA are set to make a stunning £32m raid on Everton.
The Champions League finalists want two midfielders from Goodison – Belgium’s Marouane Fellaini and England prospect Ross Barkley.
Chelsea are prepared to pay £22m for Fellaini, 24, and £10m for Barkley, 18, and then loan him back to Everton.

With Roberto Di Matteo moving closer to securing the Blues job on a permanent basis due to a fine run of results since he took over from Andre Villas-Boas, perhaps the push for new additions will become a little clearer in the coming weeks. However would such moves include a big money Goodison Park raid?
David Moyes will no doubt hope that he can keep hold of all his prized assets this summer, as he must do every summer, but clearly if Chelsea come calling then both players named would be tempted to jump ship.
Ross Barkley looked a very mature and confident performer when called upon this term and the teenager has a bright future and any move that would see the player loaned back to the Goodison Park side would probably be considered by the Toffees, who are of course financially hampered.
Marouane Fellaini is beginning to show the kind of form that he displayed when he first moved to Everton from Standard Liege in the summer of 2008. The Belgian midfielder may feel that the time is right to move on after four fairly consistent seasons at the Merseyside club.
