Blackburn boss Steve Kean wants Sir Alex Ferguson to do him a big favour and give him Will and Michael Keane on loan.
Kean watched the talented pair play for England’s under-19s at the weekend and thinks they would boost his relegated squad.
Ferguson was sympathetic towards Kean while he was under fire from the fans and now the Rovers chief hopes he will go one step further.
Striker Will Keane is rated United’s best discovery for years and Ferguson is inundated with inquiries for him, but may let him go to a club in the area to monitor him.

Sir Alex Ferguson has a fair bit of young talent coming through his academy system and moves to English clubs would of course make it easier to keep tabs on their progress and Steve Kean’s hopes of securing an instant return to the top tier could be greatly assisted by the loaning of the highly rated Keane twins.
Striker Will Keane is slightly more advanced in his progress than brother Michael, having already made his Premier League debut for Man United in late December. The England Under 19 international has showed great potential in the reserves and could do well in the Championship.
Fabio is in a slightly different predicament. The young Brazilian has had many chances to impress but has struggled to force his way into a regular spot in Ferguson’s starting eleven and perhaps a run of first team football at QPR would help to improve his levels of consistency.
The right sided youngster has showed touches of real ability and at 21 years of age still has bags of time to mature into a more rounded player. The Rio born youngster already has over 50 Man United appearances to his name and would greatly benefit from a year at Loftus Road.
