Chelsea land ‘next Hazard’ just days after signing £32m Belgian playmaker
Chelsea have beaten Arsenal and Manchester City to sign one of Europe’s most highly-rated teenagers by snapping up 15-year-old Charly Musonda from Anderlecht.
The attacking midfielder reportedly held talks with Arsenal in London last month and has frequently been watched by City scouts after being tipped to make as big an impact on the game as his compatriot Eden Hazard, who joined Chelsea for £32m last week.
But Musonda has decided to follow former Lille midfielder Hazard to Chelsea, who have wrapped up a deal for him and his two brothers, Tika and Lamisha.

So Roman Abramovich continues to conduct transfer business without a permanent boss in place and in doing so has brought in another raft of Belgian talent to add to his rapidly growing collection.
The Stamford Bridge side already plays host to Eden Hazard, Romelu Lukaku, Thibaut Courtois and Kevin de Bruyne and now the West London club have brought in a trio of up and coming talent from a nation who appears to have a bright future.
The Chelsea owner has spent just under £40m on Marko Marin and the aforementioned Hazard but clearly this trio of youngsters won’t cost a great deal but could turn out to be priceless purchases given the apparent talent they possess.
Charly Musonda (16), Tyka Musonda (18) and Lamisha Musonda (20) are all members of Anderlecht’s squad, at varying stages of their footballing development.
