Brendan Rodgers may well entertain offers for Craig Bellamy as the new Liverpool boss looks to make plans for the future, however the Northern Irishman would probably wait until he has attacking reinforcements in place before selling the Welsh veteran.
The 32 year old attacker had a successful first season back at Anfield, netting nine goals from 36 appearances of which 19 came from the bench. Though clearly in the latter stage of his career the speedy adaptable forward displayed a great deal of fight and passion in a side that last term struggled for form.
Bellamy may well entertain the notion of a permanent move to his hometown club though could still feel he is able to perform at the highest level.
Craig Bellamy spent the 2010/11 season out on loan to Cardiff City, helping them to the Play-Offs.
