Etihad Stadium youngster wants Serie A move.
Guidetti ‘dreams’ of Lazio switch as City prepare to send starlet out on loan again
Manchester City are set to allow John Guidetti to leave the club on loan again next season as the highly-rated striker ‘dreams’ of joining Italian’s Lazio.
The Barclays Premier League champions have earmarked a big future for Sweden star Guidetti but the forward has warned them he does not want to stay and play reserve team football.

John Guidetti will struggle to break into a Man City first team that has the likes of Sergio Aguero, Mario Balotelli, Edin Dzeko and Carlos Tevez to call upon and therefore a move, either temporary or permanent is key for the Swedish youngster. The 20 year old did very well in Holland last term and needs to continue to secure regular first team football in order to progress and that simply won’t happen at the Etihad Stadium.
Guidetti notched up 20 goals in 23 matches for Feyenoord last term and as a result won his first senior national team cap but is still seemingly some way down Roberto Mancini’s pecking order.
Thus far John Guidetti has just one Man City appearance to his name, that coming in the Carling Cup almost two years ago.
