7. Sebastien Bassong

The Cameroonian enjoyed an excellent debut season at Spurs, helping the club to fourth place and forming a solid partnership alongside Michael Dawson. But he has slipped down the pecking order and spent most of last season on loan in a miserable Wolves team. With the imminently arrival of Jan Vertonghen, Spurs should try to recoup their money for Bassong.
