Youngster will join his brother at Stamford Bridge.
Chelsea have agreed a deal to sign Thorgan Hazard – the younger brother of £32 million man Eden.
The 19-year-old will sign from Lens for an undisclosed fee and follows Eden, 21, who joined the Blues last month from Lille.
Hazard junior has played just 14 times for the Ligue 2 outfit but has represented Belgium at youth level.
Chelsea described Thorgan as ‘of similar height and build’ to his brother and able to play ‘a similar range of attacking positions’ in a statement on their official website.
The European Champions confirmed he will join up with their under-21 squad for pre-season training but admitted they were considering a loan move to continue his development.
The Hazards could join a list of previous brothers to play for the west Londoners – including Ray and Graham Wilkins, Ron and Allan Harris, John and Peter Sillett and Chris and William Ferguson.
