Russian big spenders want St James’ Park forward.

Take a look at these Sport betting sites predictions

DEMBA BA will be offered £95,000 a week to quit Newcastle for Russia.

Moneybags Rubin Kazan hope to trigger a release clause in the Toon striker’s contract by tabling a £7.5m bid for the 27-year-old Senegal star.

Ba is available at a cut-price fee until the end of July.

The Russians had a £12m bid for Ba accepted by Hoffenheim less than two years ago – but he snubbed them to move to West Ham.

Demba Ba is a player Alan Pardew can ill afford to lose this summer, though the Senegal international’s efforts were perhaps overshadowed in the second half of the last campaign by the arrival of countryman Papiss Cisse, the 27 year old still netted an impressive 16 Premier League goals and helped propel the Magpies to within a whisker of a top four finish.

Thus far there has been great interest in the former West Ham man from Premier League sides, most notably Chelsea and Tottenham but offers have seemingly not been forthcoming or have been turned down.

Demba Ba may well be happy to remain at his over-achieving side and may well feel with the right sort of summer investment and by hanging on to their star performers, Newcastle United may well be able to replicate their excellent form from last term or perhaps even improve on their fifth spot in 2012/13.

Clearly a move to Rubin Kazan will result in a salary boost but arguably would act as a backward step in footballing terms.
