Five players Arsene Wenger must hold on to to make Arsenal Champions and the five he must sell before the summer’s up.
5. Andrei Arshavin
Arsene Wenger has made no secret of his desire to ship out the maverick (cough*lazy*cough) Russian but Arshavin proved during Euro 2012 that he still has what it takes to terrify defences at the highest level. With Zenit St Petersburg stalling on a permanent deal for the 31-year-old and Fulham the only Premier League outfit sniffing around, Wenger would be better off holding on to Arshavin and utilising his unpredictability from the bench – particularly with Alex Oxlade-Chamberlain still learning his trade and Theo Walcott so inconsistent.
