Bernabeu man finally on his way to the Emirates Stadium.
Arsenal’s move for Nuri Sahin has gone through after stalling over a £14m buy-out clause if they decide to make his loan deal permanent next summer.
Sportsmail revealed on Tuesday how the deal for the Real Madrid midfielder had hit a snag as Real wanted a fixed price of £14m attached to the deal if Arsenal decide to take up the option of signing the Turkey midfielder once his loan ends.
However, there seems to have been a compromise between the parties and the Gunners have finally got their man.

This deal had threatened to be derailed by the size of the buy-out clause that was written into Nuri Sahin’s season long loan deal but now that both sides have apparently agreed on a £14m price-tag the Turkish international is seemingly his way to the Emirates Stadium.
Arsene Wenger has been looking to seal the deal to sign the 23 year old for some weeks as he looks to strengthen his midfield options and having seen Alex Song leave for Barcelona such a move became more urgent, hence a deal being struck.
Sahin had a season to forget at Real Madrid following his move to the Bernabeu from Borussia Dortmund, making just four La Liga appearances, and boss Jose Mourinho seems more than amenable to sending the attack minded midfielder out on loan ahead of a likely permanent transfer.
With Tomas Rosicky and Jack Wilshere still sidelined it makes a great deal of sense to boost numbers in Arsenal’s midfield and having spent upwards of £35m on Lukas Podolski, Olivier Giroud and Santi Cazorla, a temporary move may well appease the North London club’s owners who are not known for spending huge sums of money.
