White Hart Lane side try one last bid for Brazilian marksman.
Tottenham are putting the finishing touches on a take-it-or-leave-it £20million offer for Leandro Damiao.
The White Hart Lane club have had numerous offers rebuffed by Internacional.
The club president Giovanni Luigi said on Wednesday: ‘Next week, Internacional will only negotiate if the offer was exceptional, which does not seem to be the case for what has been said until now.

Andre Villas-Boas has been looking to land added firepower ever since he arrived at White Hart Lane and having already made advances for Brazilian Leandro Damiao the North London club are looking to give it one more shot. £20m seems a decent price but some way below what Internacional have previously stated as how much they deem the 23 year old to be worth.
Tottenham had a good chance to see the powerful striker at close quarters during the 2012 Olympic games, during which Leandro netted six goals to finish as the tournament’s top scorer. This led to one improved bid and appears to be the catalyst for another.
Though Villas-Boas has finally nabbed Emmanuel Adebayor it would appear that the Spurs boss is looking for further additions, which seems sensible as prior to the arrival of the Togo international the only senior striker he had in his squad was Jermain Defoe.
Damiao has netted 70 goals in 115 appearances for Internacional but as always it’s hard to judge just how that would convert to success in Europe. Tottenham have already had previous dealings with the Porto Alegre side, bringing in midfielder Sandro from the club back in 2010.
