Top ten players currently in the Football League who could make the step up to the Premier League.
10. Jose Baxter (Oldham)
As a 15-year-old, the young forward – then at Everton – has smashed Patrick Kluivert’s youth international scoring record and was labelled the new Wayne Rooney. In fact, most of those in the know at Goodison Park felt that Baxter could be even better than the Man United forward. He made his debut for the Toffees aged 16 and was on the bench for the 2009 FA Cup Final.
