Liverpool manager Brendan Rodgers has opted to rest most of his key players for Thursday’s Europa League group game against Swiss side Young Boys.

Steven Gerrard, Luis Suarez, Pepe Reina and Joe Allen are some of the absentees as Rodgers opts to take his fringe players and youngsters.

Teenagers Samed Yesil, Suso, Conor Coady, Andre Wisdom and Adam Morgan all make the trip.
