Lionel Messi’s new boy son Thiago has been signed by Argentinian club Newell’s Old Boys, according to Soccerway.
Thiago, 0, was born on 2 November and joins the club where his father played as a youngster, aged just 6 days.
Club officials from Newell’s will travel to Barcelona for official documentation for their newest, and youngest ever, player and Thiago will be adorned with a replica kit.

What if he doesn’t even like football? No pressure on the lad clearly but if he does indeed opt for a career in football he may have his work cut-out living up to the ‘old man’.
One wonders if this deal was decided some time ago and whether it’s just a bit of fun or whether it’s actually legally binding?
