Stamford Bridge side keen on Goodison Park star.
Chelsea will make a sensational £30million move for Everton talisman Marouane Fellaini in the January transfer window, writes the Sunday People.
Blues owner Roman Abramovich has given the green light to a huge offer for the powerful Goodison hero who has been one of the major successes of the Premier League this season.
Boss Roberto di Matteo wants more strength in his side and an alternative to Fernando Torres, with fearsome Fellaini top of his wish list. And the fact Belgian Fellaini would be eligible for the Champions League is a major plus as the Londoners set up one of the biggest deals of the January market.

24 year old Belgian Marouane Fellaini is in red hot form at present, his displays helping Everton to an excellent start to the season that has seen the Toffees rise to fourth and lose just once in eleven matches.
David Moyes would be loathed to lose such a crucial player but if Chelsea make a £30m offer for the former Standard Liege man then chairman Bill Kenwright may feel he has no choice other than to take the money in order to balance the books of the cash-strapped club.
Fellaini has hinted at his ambition to leave for a ‘bigger’ club in the recent past and a move to Chelsea would surely tempt the big midfielder and he could well be used in an attacking role behind the Blues front-line, whomever may be leading that role, currently that man being Fernando Torres.
The Everton man is into his fifth season at the club and has netted six goals in ten matches thus far this season. He cost the Toffees £15m in the summer of 2008 so the chance to double their investment would surely be too good an offer to turn down.
