Valencia and Espanyol keen on Stamford Bridge midfielder.
Espanyol and Valencia want to take Chelsea midfielder Oriol Romeu back to Spain.
Romeu, 21, left Barcelona for Stamford Bridge 18 months ago but has struggled to command a regular place.
His agent Magico Diaz is understood to have held talks with Valencia at the weekend but they could be edged out by Espanyol. PSV Eindhoven are also interested.

Chelsea youngster Oriol Romeu may well be considering his options due to a lack of first team involvement under boss Roberto Di Matteo and a move back to La Liga may tempt the midfielder.
Under Andre Villas-Boas the former Barcelona man got a fair bit of Premier League action but Di Matteo seems less willing to give the Spanish Under 21 international a chance to prove himself.
Romeu has made just one Premier League start this season and even then he was hauled off at half-time. A move to either Valencia or Espanyol, perhaps on loan, could be a deal that all sides would benefit from.
