Milan want Lloris at the San Siro.
AC Milan are ready to make a move for Tottenham’s disgruntled goalkeeper Hugo Lloris, according to Spanish website Fichajes.
Lloris has made just one Premier League start since his £12m deadline day move from Lyon, with Spurs boss Andre Villas-Boas keeping faith with 41-year-old Brad Friedel.
The France international admitted this week that the situation is ‘difficult’ to take, particularly after he kept a clean sheet in the fine 2-0 league win over Aston Villa.
Arsenal have been linked with a dramatic move to sign the 25-year-old from their North London rivals in January, with Serie A giants Milan also thought to be interested.
The Rossoneri are in need of a new ‘keeper, with current number one Christian Abbiati’s contract set to expire at the end of the season.
The Italians are said to be keen to take advantage of Lloris’ unhappiness at White Hart Lane to make a January swoop, with Milan’s vice-president Adriano Galliani expected to contract Spurs this week regarding the Frenchman.
