Old Trafford boss looking to boost attack.
According to German source 4-4-2.com Sir Alex Ferguson is scouting a trio of wide players who have an eye for goal as the Scot looks to strengthen his Man United attack.
Since the loss of Cristiano Ronaldo Man United have perhaps lacked a goal-scoring influence from out wide and as talented and able as the likes of Danny Welbeck, Nani, Ashley Young and Luis Antonio Valencia are, none of this quartet could be considered anywhere near prolific in front of goal.
Tom Ince (Blackpool)
The former Liverpool man is apparently high-up on the Man United radar but though the Tangerines wide-man is in great form, 10 goals in 15 Championship matches, Ince is clearly lacking top tier experience and any influence he could have in the pursuit of helping the Man United attack would clearly not be immediate.
That said he does adhere to Ferguson’s more youthful transfer policy and the departure of Ian Holloway from Bloomfield Road could leave Blackpool vulnerable to an approach.
