Loftus Road boss axed.
Sky Sports have confirmed that QPR have axed manager Mark Hughes after a disastrous start to the season.
The Welshman has paid the price for a woeful start to the season that has seen the West London side fail to secure a single win from their first dozen Premier League games of the season.
QPR owner Tony Fernandes back Hughes with a decent level of investment in the summer transfer window but despite the purchase of a number of high profile additions the Super Hoops sit rock bottom of the table and as such the former Blackburn Rovers boss has paid the price.
