Upton Park side linked with Ghana international.
Marseille winger Andre Ayew has admitted he would welcome interest from West Ham over a possible move to the Premier League.
Although there has been no official contact, the 22-year-old (and his brother Jordan) have been linked with January move to Upton Park.
“We are always interested playing one day abroad”, Ayew told Sky Sports. “There is no official offer from West Ham but if such a possibility could arrive, we will talk about with our advisers. West Ham is an excellent team.”

It is perhaps a bit of a surprise to hear the Marseille winger so openly court a move to West Ham, especially with the Stade Velodrome side riding high in Ligue 1 but perhaps the confirmation of Andre Ayew’s interest will see Sam Allardyce step up his interest in the Ghanaian international.
The 22 year old has helped his side to mount a genuine title challenge and has also been displaying excellent form in the Europa League this term and therefore he, and his brother Jordan, would surely not be player’s new boss Elie Baup would be considering selling anytime soon.
West Ham could well do with some added creativity and one can see why Allardyce would have an interest in the Ayew brothers but with the African Nations Cup taking much of January and February any move by the Hammers would probably only occur in the summer.
