Israeli set for Stamford Bridge return.
Roman Abramovich is considering a shock move that would see Avram Grant return to Chelsea.
The Russian fears he has made a mistake bringing in Rafa Benitez and sees the re-appointment of Grant as an adviser to the Spaniard as a possible solution.
Benitez has been interim manager for only three games but is yet to win, and fans are fiercely against him.

Well that should help resolve the problem shouldn’t it? Or perhaps not.
Avram Grant is generally liked by the Blues faithful following his successful stint as interim Chelsea boss from September 2007 until May 2008. The Israeli came within a John Terry penalty kick of winning the Champions League and also guided the club to a runners-up finish in both the Premier League and the Carling Cup.
He then went on to relegate both Portsmouth and West Ham but could still be a useful appointment to help Benitez in a advisory role though one wonders if the Spaniard will welcome such help whether he needs it or not.
