European giants keen on Old Trafford back-up striker.
JAVIER HERNANDEZ is ready to quit Manchester United unless he gets more playing time – with clubs across Europe chasing the Mexico star.
The Daily Star Sunday revealed recently how Hernandez (below) is at the top of Atletico Madrid’s hitlist should they lose prolific Colombian Radamel Falcao, 26, next summer.
But now Italian side Fiorentina and Portuguese giants Porto have entered the race after claims the striker is frustrated with life at Old Trafford.

Mexican forward Javier Hernandez is right to be considering his options. The 24 year old will not want to be wasting his best years warming the Man United bench but there is little chance of anything other than a supporting role behind Robin Van Persie and Wayne Rooney so it may be time for the former Guadalajara man to perhaps look at a new challenge elsewhere.
There is no doubting Chicharito’s pedigree, the rate with which he scores goals in the English top tier is proof of that, and it’s no surprise that a number of big European sides would be looking at the Man United man as a possible addition to their front-lines.
Sir Alex Ferguson likes to have four quality strikers to give his Man United side excellent strength in depth but as Dimitar Berbatov found out, such a system may well benefit the Old Trafford side but it also means that a player of real ability is more often than not left sat on the bench for long periods.
Of the teams mentioned perhaps a move to FC Porto would most interest Hernandez as the Portuguese title holders are virtual Champions League ever presents but it may take a very good bid to persuade Ferguson to sell the pint sized striker.
Hernandez has scored 41 goals from 99 appearances for Man United, of which 40 came from the bench.
