Loftus Road side need a minor miracle.
Harry Redknapp insisted his QPR side could still beat relegation, despite a comprehensive 3-0 defeat by Liverpool.
QPR are bottom of the Premier League and, with just one top-flight win this season, are eight points from safety following the loss to the Reds.
“I still believe we will get out of trouble,” said manager Redknapp.
“You mustn’t give up. You’ve got to keep going and if we can get one or two [new signings] in then it might make the difference.”

Whilst Harry Redknapp has seen his QPR side show signs of improvement when he took over from Mark Hughes as Loftus Road boss it is still clear for all to see that the West London side still need a minor miracle to avoid the drop.
With just one win in 20 Premier League matches QPR sit bottom of the table, cut adrift three points behind second from bottom Reading and eight points from safety.
Things are not looking good for Redknapp, especially when you take a gander at the club’s upcoming fixtures.
QPR take on Chelsea, Tottenham, West Ham and Man City in their next four games and it’s hard to see where points will be picked up that will give the club hope of surviving the drop.
Owner Tony Fernandes invested big sums in the QPR squad in the summer but may be forced to dip deeper when the transfer window re-opens next month.
