Brazilian striker has not signed for Barcelona.
Brazilian international striker Neymar has opened the door to a potential move to the Premier League and to either Manchester City or Chelsea after denying that he has agreed a transfer to Spain to join Barcelona.
It had been reported that Barcelona had paid an initial €10 million to secure the capture of the Santos starlet after the 2014 World Cup, which will be held in Brazil, with a further €30 million upon completion of his move to La Liga. His contract with Santos runs until the summer of 2014.

But, speaking in an interview wth Uruguayan newspaper El Pais after being named the ‘King of South American Football, Neymar denied he was on his way to Barcelona to give Manchester City and Chelsea hope of signing the 20-year-old.
“I have no agreement with Barcelona or anyone else,” Neymar said. “The only thing I have signed is with Santos, and I’m happy. They’re a big club with whom I’m under contract until 2014. The most important thing is to be happy, and I’m with my family. My objective is to help Santos and Brazil, and the best will come with hard work.”
