Old Trafford side to pursue Bernabeu attacker.
Man United are plotting a move to bring in Real Madrid winger Angel di Maria as a potential replacement for out of favour wide-man Nani according to the Daily Express.
The Argentine attacker has struggled to re-capture the form of his first two seasons at the Bernabeu and with Real Madrid falling way behind Barcelona in the La Liga race the 24 year old may be open to offers that would represent a new challenge.

Di Maria notched up 36 assists and 16 goals in his first two campaigns at the Spanish giants and was pivotal in Jose Mourinho’s side as they edged Barcelona for the title last term. This season the former Benfica man hasn’t been as effective and has at times been forced out of the first team by Jose Callejon.
Sir Alex Ferguson may well see the Real Madrid attacker as an ideal replacement for Nani, who has made just four Premier League starts this season though any move for Di Maria is sure to be costly but would at least be something of a reversal of the usual path of Man United stars moving to the Spanish club.
