Old Trafford side set to complete keeper signing.
Check in to Arsenal vs West Ham United
Man United are set to sign young keeper Dean Santangelo according to the Daily Mail.
Fulham vs Man United tickets still available
Sir Alex Ferguson will look to bring in the 19 year old, who was previously on Reading’s books, to help beef up his goalkeeping options which may well have something to do with neither Anders Lindegaard or David de Gea being all that comfortable between the sticks.
Santangelo is currently at Bundesliga side Augsburg but is yet to play a game for the German top tier side but has sufficiently impressed Ferguson to earn a short term contract with the Old Trafford side.
The player has confirmed his imminent Man United’s move stating; ‘My father got a call from Manchester United on Wednesday. This weekend I fly to England and will be there to sign a contract.’
