David Beckham is en route to Paris to complete a deal that will see the LA Galaxy midfielder join PSG according to the BBC.
The 37 year old has been training with Arsenal in recent days and is expected to be unveiled at a press conference at the Parc des Princes later today.
Beckham left the MLS in December and has been linked with several clubs but is set to join PSG and will start training with the Ligue 1 title chasers next month.
Carlo Ancelotti’s side sit joint top of the Ligue 1 table, thanks in no small part to the efforts of summer signing Zlatan Ibrahimovic, who has scored 50% of PSG’s goals this term.
Beckham will no doubt have been swayed into a move to PSG by the offer of Champions League football with the Parisian side going up against Valencia in the last 16 of the competition.
This would make David Beckham’s return to Europe having spent the last five years in the MLS following successful spells at Man United & Real Madrid.
